Ralph Mroz is the training director and primary presenter of the Police Officer's Safety Association's (POSA) training material. He has been a member of the Leverett, MA police department since 1994 where he serves as firearms instructor and is assigned to his county's drug task force. He has presented several times at the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI) annual training conference, at several IALEFI regional training conferences and at state firearms training conferences. He has over 500 articles in print in various professional law enforcement and firearms magazines. A TASER Master Instructor, he holds instructor certifications in several other law enforcement disciplines and holds a black belt from the United States Judo Association.

The POSA training materials that he developed are in use in hundreds of local, state and federal agencies across the United States and overseas. In 1998 he published the first video on the market to substantially address the issue of extremely close quarters shooting. -Ralph Mroz

David Kenik is President and Executive Director of the Police Officers Safety Association, Inc, a non-profit organization that offers enhanced training to law enforcement officers. Certified as a police instructor in pistol, revolver, shotgun and rifle, he serves as a Training Officer for two New Mexico police agencies.
