His first book was a non-fiction history book called The Great Escapes of Pancho Villa in 1979. For 3 years Hock published the international magazine - Close Quarter Combat Magazine. Currently he continues to write in many other training publications of his Scientific Fighting Congress, Inc. which now reaches 20,000 to 30,000 people worldwide in 29 countries. He also runs a film company with a variety of clients from lawyers, charities, television episodes and commercials to tactical trainers. He's authored 8 books to date with more currently in progress.
